Manutenzione straordinaria pedana Lijak - Mainteinence on Lijak ramp

Ciao a tutti,
come avrete notato a destra sullo schermo c'è un nuovo pulsante per far le donazioni.

Perchè?
Semplicemente perchè qui nel nostro territorio a volare in delta assiduamente siamo rimasti in pochi del nucleo storico.
La pedana del Lijak è stata costruita dai piloti triestini e qualche sloveno 25 anni fa... forse più, non ricordo.... ancora non volavo...
Nel 2006 io con Darko e Robi (un amico che ha perso la retta via....nel senso che non vola più) avevamo fatto un bel restyling alla pedana.
Rifacimento totale della copertura in legno, allungamento di 3 metri (portandola a 9 di piano inclinato), verniciatura con antisdrucciolo.
Fu una gran soddisfazione sia nell'utilizzarla negli anni successivi sia vederla apprezzata dai tanti deltaplanisti in visita.

Beh.... avevamo recuperato legno di pino per la copertura.... la nostra previsione, vista la natura di quel legno, era che durasse 2\3 anni.... ed invece è ancora lì.

Ora però il legno stà cedendo.
Inoltre dei vandali bastardi l'hanno danneggiata volutamente..... Pensate che si sono fatti i falò con le panche e i tavoli ricavati da tronchi interi che avevamo sistemato nell'area di montaggio delta.....!!!
Qualche pirla ha inoltre ben pensato di salire sulla parte piana della pedana con la macchina..... vi lascio immaginare come hanno reagito le travi di 20 anni che stavano sotto....

Chiedo quindi un supporto volontario ai piloti per acquistare materiale nuovo e rimetterla in sesto a dovere. La federazione slovena non cura questo decollo. Da sempre l'abbiamo mantenuto noi....ultimamente a spese mie e di qualche amico. Se mai siete decollati da qui o pensate di venirci in futuro, aiutatemi a farvi trovare un posto splendido com'è stato fino ad oggi ed una pedana sicura per decollare.

P.s. Condividete tra i piloti quanto più potete questo articolo.... mille donazioni di pochi spiccioli farebbero la differenza rispetto a poche donazioni più considerevoli dei soli amici più stretti.

Why?
Because it's time to make another restyle of the lijak ramp. The famous ramp was made more then 25 years ago by the first group of HG pilots from Trieste, and some slovenian too.

It is well known around europe and many pilots come here to fly. The problem is that its maintainance is not under Slovenian Free Flight Association. They take care of many Take offs and landings, but not this one.

So in 2006 me and two friends, decided to renew it. Wood was rotten, and it was the time to make it bigger too.

The wood we found for the double layer cover was pinetree....so not so durable, but cheap... the idea was to make the work better in the next 2 years... but the ramp lasted more.... it's 2013 and it is still there doing its work!

But its time now to plan some works on it again.... The first layer of wood is rotten again.... and many fucking vandals ruined it.... they burned the tables and chairs made with logs that we put in the rigging area.... some others recently went on the flat part of the ramp with their car (who know why? why there are so fucking stupid guys around?) destroyng one side.

Ok, so...in the end...
If you ever flew from this ramp.... if you'll fly from it... or simply because you wanna help the cause, I ask you to help me for the 2013\2014 restyle.

I always payed by myself to make all the works on it.... we don't have a club here and in the end really few cares and many more use.

With your free donation I hope to buy a very good wood cover, strong and long lasting and to maintain the site beautyfull and safe for take offs how it was since now.
We will use our money and as an integration, the money we'll recive from donations.
