Un week end così così... Not great flights this time

Un weekend di volo buttato via.... sabato ho fatto da autista in quanto reduce da una festa di compleanno del venerdì.... leggi "mal di testa all day long".... e la giornata era simpatica anche se tecnica sul Lijak.
Domenica che doveva essere la giornata migliore, invece, gran copertura inaspettata.
Il Kovk comunque teneva bene, ma ad un certo punto, tutto si è spento....come se qualcuno avesse fatto scattare un interruttore.... tutti in atterraggio nel giro di pochi minuti.... vabbè... capita.... dopo più di dieci giorni di condizioni strepitose, non ci si può mica lamentare...
Aleš ha fatto una bella clip di decolli ed atterraggi della giornata.... tanti tanti deltaplanisti sloveni ieri.... qui il delta stà proprio rinascendo bene.
Invece, come sempre troppi idioti a spasso col parapendio... situazione tipica in atterraggio con i parapendisti che si mettono in mezzo al campo a far gonfiaggi e\o ripiegare fregandosene di chi deve ancora atterrare.
Questa volta ce n'erano pochi, ma ho voluto comunque provare a puntarne due in mezzo, per vedere se capivano l'antifona.... sono arrivato a gancio, veloce.... gli ho urlato durante l'effetto suolo perchè mi vedessero...
nulla.... non hanno nemmeno abbassato le teste pur seguendomi con lo sguardo... costringendomi ad una leggera variazione all'ultimo che mi ha rovinato lo stallo finale....
certi proprio non c'arrivano.... e forse così si spiegano le due mancate collisioni in campo volo di Aidussina, dove per due volte il trainatore in decollo, con dietro l'aliante, si è trovato un parapendio che gli attraversava la pista poche decine di metri davanti al muso.... tragedie evitate di un soffio.... ed ora zona interdetta a tutti...
io reintrodurrei la gogna pubblica per certi personaggi.....
Ovviamente non tutti i parapendisti sono così... ci sono tanti buoni piloti, sia in aria che sul terreno....
ma secondo me questi dovrebbero farsi carico di insegnare le buone maniere a chi non ha cultura aeronautica nel loro ambiente.

A wasted flight weekend .... Saturday I did a chauffeur  ....headaches all day long after a birthday party on Friday :-)).... and the day was nice even if technical on Lijak.

Sunday should have been the best day, but there was an unpredicted overcast.

The Kovk worked for a bit, but in a moment, everything switched off .... as if someone had tripped a switch .... everyone landed within few minutes .... oh well ... happens .... after more than ten days in amazing conditions...
Aleš made a nice clip of takeoffs and landings of the day .... many many slovenian hang gliders yesterday ....It's a pleasure to see how hang gliding is growing again here..... :)

Instead, as always, too many idiots going around with paragliders ... typical situation in landing withparagliders who get in the middle of the field to make ground handling and\or folding wings without any care for the others that still need to land.

This time there were few, but I wanted to point two of them in the middle, to see if they understand the situation .... I got hooked, fast .... I yelled during the ground effect so that they could see me ...

nothing .... do not even have lowered their heads even if they were looking at me... forcing a slight change inthe last minute that ruined the end the my flare .... :-(

some just do not hunderstand that only jellyfishes are able to land everywhere, and to turn slow until the end.... and perhaps it explains the two missed collisions in the Aidovscina airfield, where for two times thetowplane taking off, with behind the glider, found a paraglider that was crossing the runway few meters in front of him ... . tragedies avoided  .... but now the area is forbidden at all ... thanks to some idiots...
Obviously, not all the paraglider pilots are like that.... a lot of them are really good pilot, in the air and on the ground.... but I think that the good paraglider pilots should teach to the bad ones the good behaviours...
